Cancellation Policy

Dr. Izadi’s schedule is booked out several weeks in advance.  Cancellations and no-shows are highly disruptive to office staff and create an empty patient slot that could have been used for another patient. In general, medical offices lose precious time to help as many individuals as possible during regular business hours.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call (402)390-4111 at least 24 hours in advance. If you have multiple cancellations or reschedulings, Dr. Izadi reserves the right to ask you to leave his practice.
